Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pixel Play Aizawl, operated by Enfuego Tech, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns Policy
We currently do not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before completing a purchase.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered to you
- The product is significantly different from what was described on the website
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
- Keep the product in its original packaging

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refunds
Since we follow an exchange-only policy, monetary refunds are not provided except in cases where an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability. In such cases, a store credit or refund will be processed within 7 business days.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
