We currently ship to addresses across India. Delivery to certain remote areas in Northeast India, including parts of Mizoram, may take additional time due to logistical constraints.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order through the respective courier's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging for inspection purposes.
7. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
